School Admissions Process

Applying to our school involves several important steps. Please ensure that all components of the application process are completed in the order listed and submitted timely as classroom availability will be filled accordingly. We thank you for your consideration as we take any decision you make for your child’s education and spiritual growth very seriously.

Schedule a tour and meeting with school Administration

Please call the school office for a VIP tour and meeting given by our Principal.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required (applied to Registration fee).This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing you application and Entrance Evaluation.

Entrance Evaluation

Entrance evaluation for students entering Kindergarten through 8^th grade only. This is an opportunity to identify areas of strength and areas of needed growth. Findings from the evaluation may lead to additional requirements prior to enrollment.

Recommendations

To support your application, please provide contact email address for the following individuals (please see the recommendation form /Email request)

Grades 1^st– 5^th (1 email required)                      Grades 6^th – 12^th (2 emails required)

A school Administrator                                                 A school Administrator

A classroom Teacher                                                      A core subject teacher (Math or English)

*These references will be contacted to provide recommendations on your behalf.

Registration Packet

Registration fees (non-refundable) are due at time of submitted Registration packet. Packet must be completed in entirety to move forward in Admissions process. Birth certificate and Immunization records or Exemption form are required.
